Default Dynamat vs. Vblok

Next project i'm doing will be to sound dampen the car better. Has anyone used Vblok? I've used Dynamat before but my local car shop sells Vblok and looks to be similar to Dynamat.

If anyone can comment on this product, i'd appreciate it!

Looks like Vblok didn't make the "Sound Deadener Showdown" comparison:

Thanks for the link VintageMac. I emailed the author Don Sambrook and much to my surprise he replied almost instantly - i think i just got lucky.

I asked him about vblok which is made by Cascade Audio. This was his comments

vBlok is a Cascade product and i'm going to buy a few sheets to experiment with. Seems to be better than the Dynamat Extreme product and is of Butyl (not Asphalt). They also have Vinyl based products which i'm also interested in. I like Butyl's no-heat-gun-needed feature and it's removable nature (or at least until the adhesive cures).
