Default Electronics help needed

Here is the diagram from the Helms manual. I need to recreate the “Gauge Assembly” block. I don't have the OEM gauge cluster in my race car, but I would like to drive an LED. Can anyone help identify the proper parts needed, and it would be great if anyone would prototype a board for me.

Any help would be great.

Not sure about the LEDs, but you can easily find manufacturing companies that will make custom orders boards for only a couple dollars each!

The prolem is I need someone to figure out the circuit before I can get someone to make a board for it. If anyone has MacGyver's email address, if they would pm it to me that would be great

the circuit you posted is simply driving the led using an npn transistor, and some resistors to reduce the 12v across the led and transistor. Its also showing a filtering cap to reduce any power noise.
you'll need to know the transistor transition voltage to know the values of the resistors, but you could make all this from raidoshack parts for under 10 bucks.
