Default is it enough ?!

hi guys...

i installed a new HU and a door speaker set from pioneer... sound was really inhanced but still want more base!!!

i'm considering a 12" sub in the trunk... the guys with this set up (a trunk sub) does it really deliver the base to you ??! ` i don't wanna spend that money for a small outcome as you can say~!

through what the wires to the trunk will be ?!

what's the "minimum" watts for a sub to give a good base ?!

THANKS ```

10" will be just fine, and 300wrms is enough bass, unless you like Escalade bass.

dont you even try to consider how much bass he wants? or even what kind of bass he needs?

NRF and darkknight know a lot about their audio, they can help you more than i can. theyve helped a lot of people with their setup.

that would be great if we actually checked the emails on that address. if you want to bother me at work, you should just come down to the store. no point in sending me retarded emails that i wont even read. just come into the store and bother me. that would be better for me.

NFR, you should have asked what kind of bass he was looking for. you might find this shocking, not everyone will agree a 10" with 300 watts is fine. why did u suggest 10" with 300 watts without even understanding his needs?

like i said in my earlier post, why didnt you consider what his needs were. your help sucks!

vampire, if you need help with your setup, pm me. i will not overlook YOUR needs for a system and i will not suggest products that do not fit your needs.

Great!

Anyway what kind of music do you listen to Vampire? There are a few things you need to consider when setting up a system in a S.

1. What kind of music do you like?
2. Do you still want use of the trunk? Yes/No/A little/Whatever it takes to get great sound...
3. Are you doing all the work yourself?

BTW what HU and speakers did you say you installed or have?

Cheers,
-John
