ep34 question

hi! i purchased a ep34 flasher to fix hyper blink issue, but cant find any info if its safe to use with only front turn signals as leds and deleted side markers. any help would be much appreciated!

I bought a relay off Ebay and replaced the stock one. You need to modify the case of the relay; other than that its plug and play.
