Default Exhaust Switch

My friend has an r32 with flap in his resonator that works with a switch to make it quit/louder. Anyway we can have this done? Could really be useful with my exhaust and where I live. Now I'm not sure that the resonator is what is gunna effect the tone of our car as much as our test pipe does. Anyone have any ideas how this idea would be achieved?

That will not make it just louder it will make it EXTREMELY loud. Believe me I have one installed. I use it to gain some power with my nitrous and I really worry about having it open any where but the highway...

Theres not an on/off switch to make your exhaust quieter. You could pick up a quieter exhaust and install a cutout into that, but whats the point.
