Is it possible to install side mirror turn signal lights without messing up the rest of the car?

Welcome to the board!

Not sure what you mean by "messing up the rest of the car", but I think it might look a bit cluttered unless you shave and fill the fender signals. As for electrical considerations, it should be just fine.

Yes I saw a seller who had mirrors that had the turn signals on them I will check again for them an post the link

If you're asking can mirror directionals be custom installed in the mirrors... the short answer is Yes.

oh and it wouldn't be that hard.

i'll be quite honest with you...i thought of doing this myself and it wouldn't be difficult to do/or have someone do. however since we have the the side marker turn signal lights, adding additional lights to the side mirrors would be too much imo. so i didn't do it
