Default Fog light wiring

I am attempting to make HID fog lights using the factory AP1 projector and ballists. I was going to splice the fog lights into the same wire for the low beam. This way they would be on all the time when the lows are on. (Including when highs are on which is not inspection legal) but that doesnt matter. What i was wondering is if this would be too much draw on the circuit or if it would get by if i replaced the fuse with a slightly higher one

You should probably use a relay just to be safe, Headlights are generally a big draw and 5 or 6 bucks in relays may safe you some money later.
