My 04 keeps blowing the 7.5 amp Instrument Light, Backup Lights fuse. I put a new one in, start the car and 2 seconds it blows. Cluster lights go out, top won't go up & the power steering goes out. Any suggestions, hate to go to the dealer but may have too.
