Hi guys, i've been looking for this everywhere but can't see any one having this problem.
The bottom part of my cluster does not work, where the check engine, check oil, open door, etc.... icon is, even when i first turn the key to contact position. only the green key flashes when i first insert the key. other than that i never know if i have a CEL or not.... i recently installed a berk test pipe and am installing an FIPK soon. so i need to know whether i am having a CEL or not, cause according to what i've read about installing FIPK is most of you inverted the vacume lines and knew about it thanks to the CEL. Since mine never lights i shall never know if there is a problem. what should i do? get a new cluster? or is it repairable? DIY?
I already went to the dealer they say they will have to keep the car for a few days to find out whats wrong.

BTW im from Mauritius where there are only 4 S2ks here. I'm a new owner, bought it used from a friend in excellent condition and 28k miles, with a hard top.
i've been on this forum before i bought the car and read a lot of things about the car.
