just picked up an aem serial gauge and i want to put it somewhere else besides the a pillar. looking for possibilities, i know i saw one that was flushed near the starter button. pics would be awesome if you can. i was leaning towards something near the steering wheel column.

 

Yeah, you lose your stereo controls if you put it there.. Not a bad solution if you swapped out your stereo and no longer use the controls.

I bought mine and its mounted right there
I HATE it! I'm looking to another route

 

I like the idea of this placement, but it might be too far away. I dont like the flat flush mount either, I would like to see them angled toward the driver.
