Default Gauge Mounting

Im looking for some guidance with regards to gauge mounting.

I have now got three 52mm gauges that require mounting somewhere. Im open to suggestions on what and where to buy.

cheers

I have been pondering the same thing, I have AFR, Oil temp and pressure and then one like Phils above for the AEM, I bought a SoS 2 gauge POD, but am unsure about it, I like discreet.

I like the sleeper look so am tempted to go PLX all the way, the modules link together...so do I sell all my gubbins, then have one gauge that can do it all....would cost around £307 to do the PLX system.

If you want to be a little more adventurous, there is always the dash, where the sat nav unit goes on the JDM, loads of space!

Would be interesting to see what you do!

or find a new home for the head unit and fit in the din slot, Ricks do a very nice set of 3 in the radio door but very pricey as they have to use ultra thin gauges and remote sender

I think the PLX DM-100 is quite thin...under 1"

EDIT: DM-100 2 1/16" x 0.7" (18mm)

Mmm, I think I may have an answer...

I've already got AEM gauges. Intially I made a fibreglass pod to sit on the dash, but it looked a bit naff tbh.

I ve always liked the idea of mounting it where the stereo goes.

hmm tinker time
