Default Getting to back of stereo?

How do you go about removing the panel that wraps around the front of the deck. It looks as though it and the dash are all one giant piece? Is this true? If so, it also seems better to pay someone to install my amp for me? Or is there something I'm just not seeing?

Sweet! I didn't know he had so much S2000 stuff on this site. Not to mention all the pics! Thanks a lot. Now I think I can probably do it without any last minute surprises.
