Is this a good mono amp for a subwoofer?

I am thinking of buying one of these subs:

Rockford Fosgate P310D2

or

Rockford Fosgate P310D4

The site states "voice coil subwoofer." Will this matter if it is in the trunk? I mean does "voice" come out of the woofer lol?

 

Sure, that's not a bad price for that amp. The amp looks like it is a class T amp. In your case that's probably just fine. Many people pay more for class A amps that are can be a little cleaner, but class T amps benefit from small size and less heat. Some people on this board have had loads of problems with class T amps. Double-check that you get the full warranty from that site with your purchase.
