Default Has anyone installed a honda navigation into s2000

I am about to buy a honda navigation for my s2000 and I have seen some pics. of them installed. Though I am wondering how hard are they to install and where can I get a jdm trim ring the monitor? If you can send me some pics. of your install; then that would be nice! Please send pics. to boowht1124@aol.com thanks!

Well first of all this is a great mod! Second of all you don't really want to use the JDM trim ring as it will make the screen face the passenger JDM is RHD don't forget so its best to make your own or you can modify the JDM one I suppose.

Its not that hard of an install to do but you'll need to have enough experience to do it yourself and/or a great shop. Just because their a radio shop doesn't actually mean they qualify to do the install. Get some references.

Mikes2k has a nice set up, as do a few others here on the board. Here's Mike's website here

i am doing the honda navigation for the factory look. I can convert the screen to play movies. It is not that hard to do. Thanks for all your opinions! I love this board!

I use my monitor for nav, movies, and PS2. It's great to have when my son and I take longer trips.

Sorry I missed this thread ...Alpine and Pioneer make the best NAV systems right now. Honda uses an Alpine system!
