Default Head unit stop working...

Hi people, I have installed my head unit(pioneer) about 6months ago and it was working fine until i plugged a 12v splitter into the 12v hole. then all the sudden, the 12v is not getting any power, and the cd-player stop working. I was wondering, did i shorten anything?? is there any way i can try to fix myself without take it to the dealership??? thanks

No, you just have to check it. The action of looking at the fuse will frighten it into working again.

Yes, change it, even if you don't think it's bad. It's easy enough to do and is the most likely cause of the problem.
