Default Head unit upgrade how-to with the Modifry dash control interface

I created this how-to on upgrading the stock head unit that I wanted to share: http://howtune.com/articles/119-upgr...-a-honda-s2000. I got the Modifry DCI and adapter harness which meant I just plugged everything together (no soldering) and the dash controls still work. Now I stream music from my phone via bluetooth audio every morning and it's pretty fantastic.

I just did this install a few weeks ago so I'd be happy to answer any questions on it.

Nice writeup. I didn't see anything about a satellite radio antenna though. I'm considering the same head unit for myself, I'm just not sure the best place to route/store the antenna. Any suggestions?

Also, how much harder is it to remove the AP2 radio?

only difference is that you need to remove the center console before starting (it blocks the radio door from coming off)

Here's another DIY that covers removing some parts of the center console for the AP2: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/404...e-for-the-ap2/

My satellite antenna is located in the secret compartment sunglass holder. Besides going under some thick concrete bridges, I never have problems with the signal going out and it's completely hidden.
