I figure I'd post a new thread since the old one was already quite long, and this has pretty definitive results.

This video aims to provide proof that LED bulbs can indeed be brighter and farther reaching than halogen bulbs. While I won't say that this is definitive proof for all headlights and housings, but this definitely should confirm it for S2000s.

Keep in mind that the beam pattern pictures are of one headlight each: one halogen high beam vs one LED high beam.
With both, they'll be even brighter.

I just ordered a set of these LED high beams and a set of white sidemarker lights. It said the high beam LEDs are on back order. Will the ones I get be the newer ones that you reviewed? Also, will they be in stock soon?

Editing this post to provide a solution. We now have a custom harness + LED solution that will allow any S2000 00-05 or 06+ or DRL equipped S2000s to upgrade to LED High Beams and DRLs.
