Does anyone know if it's possible to mount the headrest speakers in a 2002 S2000? Honda is selling the kit as an accessory for the 2004 model. It looks really cool and I'm sure it would improve the sound drastically.

Check out marks2002 and his S-Pods. A much better alternative, IMO.

 

I agree. The factory ones suck.

 

For the price you'd pay for the factory setup, you could get Mark's S-Pods and a good set of speakers to put in them. I honestly think paying money to buy stock stuff to improve stock just isn't a smart idea, considering OEM stuff usually is expensive compared to the aftermarket.

Also, it'd be a good excuse to replace your front speakers and possibly even add an amplifier, which will improve your sound a lot more than OEM rear speakers would.
