Ive gotten the radio out of my S and am looking for the security code on the back, but I cant find it ! Does anyone know where it is?! Thanks for all your help.

You have to contact a honda dealer and tell them the serial number. They'll give you the code.

Thanks alot vodalus, I would have ended up ripping the whole dash out in a fevered search for the code ! Ill take it up to the local dealership tomorrow! Thanks again.

They don't put the code on the radio... if they did, the dood that jacks your radio is going to have the code right there.

It's either on a little card you should have got with the car... or you have to call a Honda dealer like vodalus said.

 

My dealership attached a sticker with the radio code the the underside of the secret compartment lid. You may want to look around and see if you can find something similar.

 

Mine is on a plastic card that was in the bag with the Owner's Manual.

 

Yea, I wasnt given the code with the car, and it would be pretty silly to put the code ON the radio . Thanks alot everyone, got the code this morning and am glad to be cruising with tunes again!
