Help choosing amp for infinity reference component

Help choosing amp for infinity reference component
I have the infinity refercen components .5" rated @ 90W RMS.
What amp would better
rockford 351s @ 90 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
Rockford 501s @ 125 W X 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS
or JL audio e4300 @ 150W RMS x 2 @ 4 ohm (12.5V) (bridged)
Would it better to match the power of my speakers or excede it?
What difference would I notice with mroe or less power from amp, all this considering obviously car size and it's convertible.
Any good sites I can read up on?
