So I just installed my DCI. Turn on the stereo and test it out. Nothing. Nada. Pulled out the harness and checked all the connections. Everything maps correctly and I have good continuity everywhere. Checked the HU with the factory remote which works great. Figured out where the IR receiver for my HU was and put the emitter right on it. I then tried a variety of dip swith combos. Still nothing. It seems to me (and I'm no expert) that either the DCI itself is not working or the IR emitter is out.

Does anyone know how to check the emitter? Has anyone else had a similar problem.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
