Default Help! Gauge Cluster and Tail Lights flickering wiring issue possibly ?

Hi everyone, I just picked up a 2004 S2000 about a month and a half ago and the other day I started having issues with my gauge cluster flickering and my tail lights flickering. As soon as I turn the ignition key on my tail lights start to flicker even though my lights are turned off. My other issue is if I have me lights turned on and I dim the lighting on the gauge cluster its fine but once I turn the lights off the cluster starts to flicker if I don't put the dim back to full brightness before turning the lights off. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Everything is stock in the car except for the stereo. I've checked all my fuses and relays and everything is good there. My battery and alternator both seem to be working fine too. If anyone has any idea what my problem is please let me know.

Thanks, Andrew

If it only happens when the engine is running, it's not likely to be a wiring
issue. My guess would be a failing voltage regulator on the alternator.

The flickering starts as soon as I turn the key in the on position, the engine doesn't have to be running.

So I found the issue, the car had after market daytime running lights. It turned out that the module for the daytime running lights was faulty.
