Helllo,

I am thinking to buy a Greddy informeter for my S2000. Unfortunately it does not power up from the OBD port but it gives a seperate car-cigarete charger to power it up.

Is there any way i can connect it from somehere else or different route as it will be really annoying having the car charger continiously?

 

cut the Cig adapter; splice cables; positive wired directly to switched 12v source with a fuse and the other (negative) cable wire it to a ground.
