Default Help, I have no AM Reception

I just replaced the stock HU with JVC unit, and I have no AM reception at all. I tried to replace the deck with another new one, but it didn't help. I do have FM. I even swapped out my antenna, but to no avail. Anybody have any ideas?

Our cars use an amplified antenna system. When you removed the stock HU, you also disconnected the power feed for the antenna. You need to get power back to it.

So we'd need to take the blue wire from the back of the harness on the cd player and connect it to...???

According to the Helm manual, it is the yellow/green wire from the HU wiring harness that powers the antenna. You need to get 12V to it somehow.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I still can't get AM reception.. I was just in the garage and looking at the wires, and hooking some up but no luck. I have the harness and a Kenwood MP3 HU. I saw the green/yellow, it's the thicker one? Which ones do I hook up and in what order.. I want talk radio!!!
