Ah. I will try that during my break and get to you. The Red(Power) to the yellow/green thin one or the thick one?

Thanks It took me about five minutes to get this fixed. All along I was trying to connect the wires coming from the HU to the yellow/green wire.. I was doing it all wrong.

I have a 2003 S2000. I replaced my HU, but I have a question about the antenna power connection. I have three yellowgreen wires. One is wired to 1 on on the car's harness. The other yellowgreen is a larger gauge wire with a connector on the end. There is also another smaller yellowgreen wire with a connector on the end that runs into the loom with the wires that go to the main harness. I tried connecting the blue power wire to the pin 1 harness wire, but that does not seem to turn on the power to the antenna. I don't want to just try hooking 12 volts to the other wires when I don't know what they do. Thanks for any help. I would liketo be ableto get AM for the news.

your description leaves me w/ some questions...

can you explain a bit more of what you're doing, what parts you have, and what connectors you're talking about? can you post a pic of what you have?

I have replaced the stock HU with a Pioneer HU. Everything works except the AM is lousy. I understand that I need to get power to the antenna. There is a yellowgreen wire that goes to pin 1 on the harness that stays in the car. I hooked the remote power blue wire from the aftermarket harness to the wire that goes to the yellowgreen pin 1 wire but that didn't see to work. There are two other yellowgreen wires. One is a thicker gauge wire with a connecter on the end. It was plugged into the stock HU. There is also a smaller yellowgreen wire with a connecter that was also plugged into the stock HU. Does one of those go to the antenna power?

I put the care back together without taking picture, but I can always take it apart again. I also have the Lucid module coming so that I can use the car's remote controls. Thanks for any help!
