Default help me find a alpine HU for the s

Sup fellas

I'm looking to purchase a HU for the S and I need some help deciding which HU to get. I don't want to spend more than $350 for the HU but will spend more if needed. In the future I plan to get amp, sub, and speakers.

What do you guys think about cda-9833 or cda-9835?
Any other HU

Nope...and it just sold

I hate motorized faces anyway. Just one more unecessary part to break.

The new Alpine IDA-X001, shipped for $351.30. Cheapest I could find it. This is if you are looking for something nice to control an iPod. Please notice it does NOT have a CD player.

$350 will buy you nearly everything. You wont have to look hard to find an alpine HU under that amount. The 9835 is a good choice b/c I believe it has 4 volt pre-out compared to many other alpine models that have 2 and 3. The 9885 will also has 4 volt pre-out, and is a bit later of a model. the 9885 only costs $300 through crutchfield, which means you could probably find it elsewhere for cheaper.

If you wanted to go more expensive you could always go JVC kd-avx33. 5 volt pre-out with 3.5" DVD screen. will run you around $430 off ebay. This is what I am saving up for.
