Default HELP! Nav screen went white..

Hey guys.. I need some help. I came out from work the other day and started the car.. My nav screen came on and then slowly faded to white. I turned the car off and then turned it back on and the same thing. The screen turns on but then there are lines going up and down and then it slowly turns to a full white screen. The monitor is an Alpine TME M710 hooked up to an NVE852 navigation. Please help me figure out what this could be. Thanks!

I have the older model of your navi, and I have no clue. I would call Alpine tech support and ask them.

don't worry, i heard if you go white, you can still go back, so it shouldn't be permanent
