Hey fellas, my buddy's S isn't getting switched power to the radio or 12v socket. We've checked the related fuses in the driver footwell, as well as the accessory fuse under the hood and they are all okay. Any suggestions on what we need to check next?

The remote wire for the amplifier left by the original installer was shorted to the chassis somewhere under the carpet. I had checked for continuity through the wire, but didn't check for a short. Trying to save a few minutes by not pulling out and re-running all of the wiring cost us several hours and could have started a car fire!!!

I still don't understand how this didn't pop the fuses for the HU and accessory circuits, but we did finally get everything up and running.
