Voted yes. Tv never has sound coming out of it, its always piped directly from my digital cable box to the sound system.
Speakers in the car are still stock, as is the stereo. Still trying to figure out what it is I want to do with it all.

To make the question clearer....a TV has a wave that comes out of it, very very very high pitch, almost dog spectrum....most people cannot hear it, others like myself can. For example....if you have digital cable or satellite....turn OFF the box, and turn ON the TV. The tv shouldnt have ANY kind of audio/video coming to it. Walk 3 rooms away...can you hear it on?? If so, vote yes, if not, vote no.
OK, I take my answer of yes back then, but only sort of. Since I haven't had anything CRT-based in my house for a few years now (all DLP, LCD or Plasma) there isn't anything that creates the same noise. That being said, I did have a few older CRT based TV's that I had did make a high pitched whine like you are talking about when the tubes were going bad.
