Quick Google search yields this:

No major changes between 2007 and 2008.

Attempted to hook up the Apple iPod Music Adaptor in my 2007 S2000 today and I found the "MALE" 14 pin connector in the trunk of the car. I attempted to plug in the new adaptor unit but there was one little problem. The adaptor unit also has a "MALE" 14 pin connector. No plug in here So it seems that one of these plugs should be a female
Any feedbacK?

Yes, the Honda Music Link 2.0 does work with the 08. You will need to purchase the Y-adaptor to connect to the harness in the trunk. I also found that it will play music and charge my first generation iphone, which surprised me. The honda estore includes the do-it-yourself installation instructions for the 08 and the part number for the Y-adaptor.

Similar question here, will this work with my iPod 4th generation? Also want to know if this will have the cable in the cockpit, NOT the trunk? Talking about the item found here from ebay
