It says it works with the 08 and 09.

I have one in my 08 TL, it works fine in that. Hooks up to the XM radio via a Y adapter in the trunk. In older TL's the Y adapter hooks up to the back of the radio.

ok, so i got my music link, plugged it all up to test it, and it works, even with the iphone 4 which im happy about!!

now my question is where did you guys mount the controller unit??

and where did you run the ipod plug to?
