Horn & Turn Signals not working
I recently replaced the airbags due to an accident; reel clock spring, driver bag, pass. bag, srs unit, and seat belts. srs light went out but now my horn and turn signals don't work. They worked prior to the replacement, I checked the fuses and they were all good and even when I use the key fob to lock the doors the horn still works. Anybody have some suggestions? Could it be the reel clock spring?
Sounds like the horn is not getting the voltage it needs. If you have a digital multimeter (DMM), you can check for power and ground at the horn connector and then narrow your search from there.
Are you absolutely positive that the clock-spring is installed correct? Some people don't remember or know to straighten the wheels straight ahead and positioned the CS in the correct position. If it was installed wrong, it can snap when cornering and all electrical current will cease from steering wheel back to the battery, therefore causing the horn not to work.
Thats the only correlation I see between the horn and air bag. I'm just wondering if the SRS light would illuminate if it did snap?. I wouldn't know for sure without looking at a diagram.
You can get yourself a solid DMM for around $15 at Sears and preform a few simple tests. I can help if ya need.

I believe the horn relay has +12v all the time, and honks when the relay is grounded by the keyless system or
the steering wheel switch. If it works with the keyless, the horn is connected properly and the fuse & relay
are good - failure is somewhere between the relay and the steering wheel, and since you were doing airbag work,
most likely at the steering wheel. I believe the cruise control uses the same connector as the horn - does it work?
if it does, it's likely the horn switch in the steering wheel; if not, the connector is not connected or the
clockspring/cable reel is bad.
