Default How to de-pin speaker connector?

Could anyone provide instructions on how to de-pin the Honda power/speaker connector? I'm not sure where to insert the de-pinning tool (wire side or metal spade side?), and whether I should be pushing up, down, forward, etc. The connector in question is pictured.

Paper clip and lever this spot away from the pin.

It took a few minutes of fiddling around with a tiny screwdriver but I managed to remove the pin based on your directions. Thank you!

There's usually a tiny bent tang that is holding the pins.

lol!

some of the connectors are a lot more tricky than others and have a hidden little thing down in them you cannot see that you have to move. This style is a bit easier to figure out

Oh I know, I am the king of de-pinning. I caught so much shit for de-pinning unused wires from my alarm installs. Everyone else would cut em short or just ball em up. I removed the bloat.
