how do you take the roll bar plastic off?
hey guys.
well im reading a lot into the rear speaker ideas and want to go ahead and to it.
anyhow, i was sitting in my car the other night looking at ideal locations for the speakers, and i thought the best location would be right underneath the roll bars? (i guess typically underneath where spods would be)
anyhow, i know there is a black looking panel where i could probably fit a 4"-5.5" speaker nicely.
now im not sure if there is metal behind there, and dont want to go ahead and dremel away, but just curious how do you remove the plastic roll bar panels. i look at the service manual and the page is kind of confusing.
if anyone has a picture of what is behind there that would be great! im not sure if there is a metal plate there or what. anyhow just looking for some input!
thanks.

Isnt that where the top goes down? Is there a big enough space between the Hoop trim and the convertible tray for mounting?
I dont know if you can fit a speaker in there. If you can, I think you pretty much have to break the trims to get them apart.
Mark (seller of S-pods) could probably tell you, because he used to tell people how to do it to hid ehte speaker wires. Apparently, the panels just started breaking when opened, so he advises against it now.
