i work at circuit city so i get discounts on the sterio stuff... i probably not gunna be working there for too much longer.. so i wanna buy the sterio stuff for my future s2000 before i quit. im wondering how strong the battery is on the s2k? does anybody have two amps in the car on a stock battery and alternator?? bc the battery on the s2000 compared to my tiburon is way small.. thanks in advance! : )

 

I have no problem with powering my system with a $40 discount auto battery and stock alternator. Search for my lessons learned thread for all the component details.

Unless you're going to be using very inefficient equipment, you should be ok.

 

it should be fine up to a point. just depends on what you're running... what are your plans?
