guys i need to get the serial number on the back of my radio. how do i take it out?

 

Remove the radio door. If you have difficulties removing it , remove the center console too. I did it this way. Dont forget to use a plastic screwdriver.

 

Try not to use screwdrivers.

I don't think you need to remove the center console on AP1's.

Just wiggle out the radio door with the fixture and you'll get to it. 4 bolts on the sides hold it in place.

 

I was able to just wiggle off the radio door & surround. then you can easily get at the screws holding in the radio. I had to use a screw driver though, but I covered it generously with electrical tape and it didn't leave any marks.
