Default How would I install a sub?

I want to put a sub in my s2k, and figured that I could put it into the open little space in the trunk. The problem I have is that I still want to put stuff into the trunk without tearing the sub, what can I put on top of the sub so I can still use my trunk? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated and pictures would be great too. Thanks.

Could you still put stuff on top of your sub and use your trunk as you normally would?

if you wanted extra protection....you could get a sub grill, and then add some U-shaped rods that would then go above the grill. Basically another type of grill. ill try to find a pic for you.

Actually, I did exactly what you are describing DDud......I just don't have a pic of it...

OP

You could add this on top of a waffle grill pictured above.
