I have the amp, will it work with this car?
the only reason i'm interested in a birth sheet is b/c it gives me some idea on how underrated you are. it would help me help you choose w/o worry about overdriving your subs.
and there are a ton of wiring and install guides out there. give the search a run or two, and if you come up empty handed, i'm sure we'll give you a hand.
and if you set this up for a 4 ohm DVC sub w/ a 2 ohm total load, you'd just have to wire another 2 ohm total load sub in parallel. it would drop your total load to 1 ohm, but give you 200 Wrms in both subs. know now though -- it's probably going to get toasty warm on that amp if you run @ 1 ohm.
hope this helps.

if you're going to put it up in there, you might want to consider some fannage in the future. frankly, i'd try it out w/o fans and then add them if you need it.
btw -- unless you're way overrated, you should be good w/ the 8W3v2. it's supposedly good to 250 Wrms.

sorta?
i was basing it on their range of wattages shown in the brochure, and not their recommended midline number. when you're shopping for other subs, you see a 50 Wrms min and a 200 Wrms max right?
do you think 110 Wrms? no, you probably think 200 Wrms.
thus, my 250 Wrms number.
make sense?
regretfully... looking, i was mistaken in memory. the Eclipse is only offered as 4 or 8 ohm SVC and as you pointed out... eD is apparently down for revamping of their site.
any other suggestions for subs??
