Lightbulb I tried the search ... still dont work for me

Pretty much what the topic says.... I been looking at my local car shops, most of them are idiots... i like dealing more with internet shops more to be honest. Help!

Slight hijack....

Mac, what size are the bulbs that are in the maplights? The bullet ones....I have LEDs there right now, but they are the wrong size....so they dont sit well....

all i want is the map lights that are not yellowish anymore, but xeon looking.. the bulb looks blue but emits a crystal white light with a dash of blue... and i am also looking for the reverse lights bulb in the same detailed setup. THanks

Sounds like your looking for hyper-white blubs... They look blue but when you turn them on they are actually white.

Be careful with those. Many of them burn VERY hot, and will melt that flimsy plastic in no time. Let me find my LEDs, and Ill let you know how they are. I strongly advise against the xenon, blue ones, they WILL melt your plastic.

Really... I've never had a problem with mine Dave? What brand's have you tried. The only people I know that have had any kind of a problem is my find Mike and a 97 Nissan Maxima... melt the light socket like 3-4 times
