Question Ignition

Hey everyone...i have a 05 s2k, bone stock!!! started it up today and tried to turn the car off, but it stays running. I can even pull the key out and it still stays running....anyone ever have this problem??

Seen this on older Mercedes, there was a problem with the vacuum lines, if that's your problem, we circumvented the issue by turning on the defrost a couple of minutes before trying to turn off the car, the issue was found/roughly traced by pinching various lines under the hood

Sounds like a bad ignition switch to me.

We just swapped the ignition switch and it didn't fix the issue. We've tried all kinds of ideas but nothing is working. Any help guys???

You buy it new or used? Is there a possibility of a remote start that was installed in the past?

It's all stock and no wiring has been tampered with except for an aftermarket radio.
