Default Ikesound.com Taking forever to recieve items!

I ordered an amp and some speakers 20 days ago, still not here. The shipping status on USPS.com only says that they've been notified to expect item for shipping. The status hasn't changed and whenever I email ikesound they keep insisting that it's been shipped. During all this time I've ordered and recieved a voodo knob and an infinity basslink from other sources. These other places only took 3-4 days. I emailed and called them and no response anymore. What should I do?

Don't trust USPS status info, I've had two items shipped by them and both items arrived without the info ever changing on the tracking site.

Tried to call, no answer, left a message, no reply. I hope I didn't get jipped. Good thing I used a Visa card.

That's really weird, I'll dealt with them before with no problems. Ummm did you contact your local Post Office? Sometimes if a package is to large they make you come pick it up?
