Default installation USB need help

At the outset, I apologize for my English. I'm looking for help, recently bought a new radio Alpina CDA 117Ri, and I wonder where it will be the best place to installationa USB port in my S2000 from 2003. Waiting for suggestions.

I will also be grateful for show me topic where is a swap stock radio photostory.

There's a DIY AP2 head unit install thread if you search (I'd have to do the same). I think there may be one for the AP1 as well.
