Default Installing USA Spec BT45-HON3

So, I installed this quite recently behind the radio, but the thing is, I can't seem to get the radio door frame flush anymore as there's a thick black wire now needing to come out of the bottom of it since the actual receiver can't fit back there, and is placed into that side pocket on the passenger side. Anyone have any tips/experience with this?

P.S. If anyone has any tips for installing it in the trunk as they advertised, I'm all ears. I found the supposed connector (that one surrounded in yellow foam and electrical tape), but it's def not the right plug, or at least, the connector doesn't connect to that plug.

Solve my own problem, so stupid me, I didn't realize that in the back, the CD Changer plug had a connector for the plug itself. Removed the connector, the wire that comes with this installs and fits just fine. Used this manual to install a OEM cd changer figure that out:

Hi! How has the USAspec adaptor worked out for you? Any drawbacks or connecting issues? I just came across one and wanting to pursue it.
