Hi All,
I have a 2008 s2000 that has developed a rattle in the hook that secures the top to the car. It is on the passenger side and rattles at higher speeds. Is the a quick fix without replacing the whole part?
Thanks for any suggestions.

I snipped a piece of an old bicycle inner tube and stuck it between the latch and the striker. It takes up the gap. The downside of this fix is that it comes off when you unlatch the top. If it's real loose you may need to fold it in half before putting it in there.

I have also stuck foam earplugs in there (since I have them anyway) and they work, but not as well as a piece of inner tube.
