Anyone getting the touch for their car? I was hoping some of you might have some ideas on connecting and mounting it where it can swivel.

 

I have a touch on pre-order but I don't think it will go in the car. I'll keep the old 3G in there as I just fill it up with tracks and shove in the secret comp anyway.

Come to think of it, I don't really need the touch...hmm....

 

Just be careful. I have the iPhone and it won't work with certain iPod compatible HUs. If the iTouch runs the same softwear (and I assume it does) you might have some connectivity issues.

 

The touch sucks. It seems like more of a hassle... just like the iphone is.

 

I don't know if I would say it sucks. I think if you intend on looking at lots of pictures, or watching movies on it, the touch (and iPhone) are great. If your main intention is to listen to music, I'd say simplify and stick with a classic iPod.

 

I plan using about the funtions equally... I couldn't say it sucks cause its not released and I haven't used it. The wifi and picture viewer will be pretty important to me.
