You need the plastic surround from a JDM car. You can heat it and reshape it to fit the contours of your dash. After that, you can go with any system that fits the opening, you don't need OEM nav, but if you wanted to go OEM, an Odyssey nav system will fit perfect.

 

Lay the knife on the floor and step back from the dash!
