I just put a 12w7 in my trunk, I have no pictures yet because its just a built to spec square box, the custom box is going to be built at a local shop and will look like the one on ebay with the false floor (search for "custom s2000 speaker box" on ebay. I'll post up some pics when its finished.

I have a 12" that puts out more than a W7 in my S. I wouldn't say it's too much...

But, then, a lot of that depends on how you tune the sub.

I want the most output possible in the limited space that is the S2000.

Two options I'm considering are a pair of 8W7s sealed in about 1.25 CF or just one ported. Not sure which of these options would be louder.

^^ Run a single Stereo Integ Mag v4 12". Will take less space than those 8w7's and handles up to 1000W. Guarantee you'll get more than a pair of 8's (and will sound better to boot).

I just got the amp in today, the JL hd750/1...I don't think its to much, but then again I'm a serious audiophile and love to have the power on tap when i need it, if I need it. Hooking up everything tonight I did run into another problem though, low voltage, so now I'm looking for a high output alt. (or deep cycle battery + cap) I still plan to add another amp (the jl hd600/4) and get some nice mids and highs and some s-pods. I'll have to take a picture tomorrow on how i mounted the amp in the car.
