The AVX2 has an input for a "wired remote" doesn't it?

I currently don't make a wired DCI for the JVC but if you send me your HU I could probably whip one up in a few weeks.

Email me if you're interested.

the avx2 does have a wired remote input...i have it working now by putting the infared facing down through the vents on top of the HU, then super gluing it....it just sticks down kinda far and i can't close my radio cover now...that seems to be the only place it works. thanks for the offer but i don't feel comfortable sending my HU through the mail for a couple of weeks...thanks for the offer....any more suggestions would be great... =)

I'll vouch for Modifry (Bob). If your headunit doesn't come back from him I'll buy you a new one and ship it to you for free. He's a truly stand up guy

Hello,

I have the AVX2 as well, how long total are we looking at, I probably would send mine to you.

However, I have 1 problem, mine has a CD stuck in it. You know how to fix that problem? It is still under warranty however JVC said it will take up to 2 months to get it back from them. Let me know

I'll ship mine off later this week so Modifry can hook us up.

Don't let not having a remote (yet) hold you back. I've been running an AVX1 for well over a year now and it's worth it. Takes some time to get it installed right (so the radio door will close) but, again, is worth it.
