Default Lost RADIO Code Card, how do I get a new one?

This may be in a thread somewhere, but the search tool was not working. I moved recently and can not find my RADIO security code. How do I go about getting this code?

Thanks,

Pretty sure you need the serial number on the CD player, but go to a dealership

NP! I know some who have written the code on the cdplayer and some who have used a label maker and stuck that in the center Consol.

I run into alot of people who lose their radio code, so i'm just going to leave this here and hopefully it helps.

You can call 1-800-999-1009, this is the main Honda owner link line.

Here are the steps you take: (Make sure to have your VIN#)
1. turn off the radio
2. while holding #1 and #6, turn on the radio
3. a serial code will pop up UXXXX, after a couple second LXXXX will show.
4. Write this code down and the person helping you over the phone will ask for this.

Once given you should be verified you own the car and they'll give you the code.

I work at a honda dealership and i know they charge a buttload of money to just pull out the radio to get the serial number and pretty much go through the same process.

Hope this helps and gets stickied!

edit: I recommend everyone to register to www.ahm-ownerlink.com

Here you can leave your radio code and also keep record of any maintenance done to your cars.
