MA Audio subs are they as good as they look?

I just bought a pair of MA Audio XL1000 10's just wondering if anyone has had any experiance with them.

IMO, the best subs are the ones that sound the best to you and you alone. Everyone is going to have their opinion on what sounds best.

Never been a MA Audio fan. It's always seemed like their looks were better than their performance. Personally, i like things to be the other way around.
